Twelve Years at the Top as Pretoria Votes Tiger Wheel & Tyre Best Tyre Fitment Centre

Pretoria, October 2026 – For the 12th year, Pretoria motorists have made their choice clear. Tiger Wheel & Tyre has once again been named Best Tyre Fitment Centre in the 2026 Best of Pretoria Readers’ Choice Awards, continuing a remarkable record of recognition from the community it serves.

Winning once is an achievement. Earning the same recognition year after year speaks to something far more important: the relationships built with customers and the experience they have come to expect.

The annual awards, presented by Caxton, give Pretoria residents the opportunity to recognise their favourite local businesses. For Tiger Wheel & Tyre, being chosen for the 12th time is a proud moment, but also a responsibility to maintain the standards that have earned the brand such loyal support.

“Customers have plenty of choices when it comes to looking after their vehicles, so the fact that Pretoria motorists continue to vote for us means a great deal,” says Willie Cronje, Operations Manager at Tiger Wheel & Tyre. “We know that trust isn’t something you can take for granted. You have to earn it with every customer who walks through your doors.”

From premium tyres and alloy wheels to wheel alignment, balancing, tyre rotation and puncture repairs, Tiger Wheel & Tyre offers motorists the products, expertise and services they need to stay safe on the road. Selected Tiger Wheel & Tyre 4×4 Fitment Centres also cater to adventure enthusiasts with a range of 4×4 accessories and specialist fitment solutions.

Looking after customers doesn’t end when they leave the store. With initiatives such as X-Sure ZERO™, which provides complimentary tyre insurance on qualifying purchases, Tiger Wheel & Tyre continues to find ways to offer motorists additional value and peace of mind.

Behind every fitment, however, is a team of people who understand that customers are placing their safety, and that of their families, in their hands.

“Our fitment teams, sales staff and store managers all have a part to play in the experience we deliver,” adds Cronje. “This award belongs to them. It’s their hard work, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile that keep customers coming back. Twelve years is something to celebrate, but we’re already focused on earning that next vote.”

Tiger Wheel & Tyre thanks Pretoria motorists for their continued loyalty and for once again making the brand their first choice for tyre fitment.
